Lautech Gets New Governing Council...AND THEY PROMISED TO SURPASS EXPECTATION!

The first recommendation of the Visitation Panel to LAUTECH was to set up a Governing Council that will be given the mandate to resuscitate, rejuvenate, and reposition to school, not just back to an enviable position, but to be the best university in Nigeria, in tandem with the intentions of its founding fathers.

That recommendation was practically taken in today. The Oyo and Osun state governments have selected a crop of seasoned, highly-qualified and eminent personalities, 7 of them, and inaugurated them as the new Governing Council Members of LAUTECH, and gave them a charge to perform their mandate (stated above), within the shortest time possible. The school's Vice Chancellor was present at the inauguration too.
